Association Dues are used strictly for street lighting each night and maintenance of our common areas. Everyone is expected to pay their equal share in a timely manner in order to keep the neighborhood safe and secure with nighttime street lighting and regular upkeep of the Association commons and landscape easement.

A $5 online payment processing fee is included with every $150.00 dues payment. This processing fee allows us to offer online payments options.
